I have never heard that name before in my 35+ years of association with timeshares as both buyer and seller. Are you sure you're not referring to First American Title? The latter has certainly been around for a while; competent, slightly on the expensive side --- but not outrageously so.

If the entity is in fact called New American Title, I'd certainly want to verify how long they have been in business and where they are physically located. It could simply be a name fabricated for an "in house" eBay mega-seller closing arm. I am not claiming that is the case, just suggesting one possibility. In any event, I've never heard of any New American Title before.
