purchasing a resale through redweek

Can you confirm the legitimacy of a form via email from PandaDoc.com once both parties have agreed to the price of a unit for sale? The agent I'm working with told me this was coming, but I want to be careful at every step of the way.

When I purchased a resale about five years ago through another timeshare site, I received what looked like an actual agreement of sale, and I want to be cautious in this internet world we are living in.
