Renting

I wanted to post my listing at the Harborside Resort in the Bahamas and was wondering how your system works if I choose the 79.00 option to have you assist me in renting it out, is that just a membership fee or will I have to pay another fee for posting it or when it rents out?? Also what is the success rate with your assistance vs do it yourself?

If there is another fee after the membership fee, what is it?
