Buying points from people selling on RedWeek

Does the purchase of points here go towards Gold or Platinum of the purchaser, or does this only work when buying from the Developer?

You didn't say what system, but generally you need to purchase from the developer for the points to count to obtaining a VIP level or upgrading to a higher level.

yes, but it is possible the separate contracts have separate use years.
