is there a rental agreement to use when we don't have the full-service plan?

@jeanned92 - we used to provide this one as a reference - though, it certainly doesn't have everything you'd want to include related to COVID.

How/where can I sign up for automatic email notifications when new rental offers (customized by time/location) are posted? I think that's a resource, but I cannot find how to "sign up" for that service. thanks,

Thomas: There is a link to sign up for posting alerts on every resort page. Just browse to a resort you are interested in, scroll to the bottom of the rental or resale list, and click on the "Sign Up for Alerts" link. You will then have the option to subscribe to notifications for just that resort, the city or area, or the entire state.
