Who sends confirmation with updated name to renters?

Hi,

I have rented 2 units this year through the Redweek program. Both renters asked to receive copies of their agreement with their name on it as they hadn't received it even though the name was changed immediately after booking.

Who is responsible for sending this to the renter? Am I supposed to do this or Redweek? I found it odd that both people had the exact same question.

David: If the rentals were done through RedWeek Online Booking, you can email or call us and we will re-send the reservation confirmations to the renters if needed.
