buying more points

I am a blugreen owner, I bought 38,000 preowned points for 3000$ now I am looking to buy more points. If I buy just bluegreen points at another resort will maintence fees be higher than if I buy points deeded at the resort I already some at ?

Considering just buying points at the cheapest I can find them but don't want higher maintence fees due to fixed annual costs at each resort.
