Where do you find a title company when selling a timeshare in AZ?

I'm selling my timeshare and have a possible buyer but can't find a title company

Are you looking for a title company, or just a closing company for your resale timeshare transaction???

Title companies can sell / provide title insuance (which is usually a waste of money for most timeshares, in my personal opinion).

If you only need a closing company (no title isurance), I recommend LT Transfers in Cleveland, GA. Small business, lowest closing costs around, highly competent, good communications. I have used them many times over the past 10-15 years as both a buyer and a seller, but I have no other affiliation other than as a satisfied repeat customer. It doesn't matter that your timeshare is in AZ. Most closing companies can handle transactions for states anywhere in the U.S., although some companies decline to handle Hawaii or South Carolina transactions, since those two states apparently have some "unique" (i.e., burdensome and complicated) requirements for transfers that many closing companies simply don't want to deal with.
