The Summit fitness center and locker room will be undergoing renovation through March of 2024.

The resort allows cats and dogs (no other pets) with a 75 lb weight limit. Pet fees also apply based on unit size. $195 for two-bedroom units.

A resort fee of approximately $40 per night applies.
