Per the owner: What really sold us is how close to Disney the resort was. At that time, it was right across the street (before Epcot resort area was even an area). We could see fireworks from Downtown Disney (now, Disney Springs). It is located close to I-4 and still a short drive to Disney Springs and all of Disney property. It is also a short drive to Universal and Sea World. Our unit looked over lush greens and the pool courtyard. It is in the older section of the resort (now) and the rooms were larger than the newer ones. The Marketplace and Zimmies were nice places to grab a quick bite to eat or a sit-down meal. The zero-entry pool in the newer section and all the other pools in the resort allowed us to take our kids to a new pool experience almost every day of a 1-week vacation.

*Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer*

*Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*
