PER SELLER: Our purchase of the Eagle Trace condo at Massanutten came after having a great experience of buying a time share on the NC Outer Banks. It was a fixed time in early August and became a gathering place for our family every summer, beginning with own children then their families. We felt something in the mountains would be equally enjoyable for the family. Our choice was Massanutten because of its beautiful setting and many amenities for all seasons, including large indoor and outdoor pools, one of the best and most beautiful golf courses, and the winter skiing ranging from bunny slopes for beginners to black diamonds for advanced skiers and snow boarders. We have not been disappointed and it likewise became a gathering place for our family and the source of many cherished experiences. There have been continued improvements and additions made since we purchased our timeshare in 1991, including an adventure park with zip lines, another indoor and outdoor pool, another 18 hole golf course, and fantastic water park. We liked being able to select our time and split the two units Most times we used both units but occasionally used one week in the summer and the other in the winter. Another great plus for the resort is it is within 2 ½ hours from our Maryland home and the Washington D C area and assessable by interstate highways with only light traffic. .
