With the uncertainty of the Covid procedures what's the cancellation/refund policy

If you are renting a posting with RedWeek Online Booking (Verified andProtected Flag), then the owner has chosen one of three cancellationpolicies: Flexible: 100% refund up to 60 days before check-in Moderate: 50% refund up to 60 days before check-in Strict: No refunds With the current COVID-19 situation, you can always use the Ask aQuestion link on the right side of the posting page to see if the owneris open to doing a custom rental agreement with the cancellation termsyou both agree upon. If you are conducting a private transaction with an owner, then make sureyou understand what the owner's cancellation policy is and be sure tohave a written rental agreement with the cancellation terms specified.
