Best resort with waterparks on east coast for young kids?

No Williamsburg is going to be an hour or more from Virginia Beach in traffic. Smugglers Notch in VT and Massanutten in VA both have onsite waterparks but they aren't included in the timeshare stay and have an extra admission cost. Myrtle Beach is going to have some lazy rivers and slides at various resorts.
