Maintenance fees 2023: $2,195
Per the owner: I like the BlueGreen program because they have so many resorts nationwide. There is quite a selection of resorts. I didn't like the type of timeshare where you were restricted to a specific resort for a specific week every year. The number of points I now own gives me quite a bit of flexibility, for often multiple weeks during the year. There is also the option to converting unused points to the Choice Hotels program. I have used this to reserve regular hotel rooms for free.
*Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer*
*Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*
