Per the owner:

The entire property with Villas, homes, condos, 2 hotels, golf course (and 2nd being built), restaurants, gardens, are all beautifully maintained and has 24 hour security guards so no one can come onto the property unless they have a reservation.

The home is centrally air conditioned with piped music of your choice throughout the house and a large TV over the BBQ area with swim up bar, that you can watch as you are in the pool – particularly in January when super bowl playoffs are on.

We purchased the first ½ of January as it is almost always dry without being too hot which can be unbearable in Mexico. We also found going away for 1 week is too short – by the time you get settled and begin relaxing, you begin thinking about packing to leave. 15 nights is awesome – after staying for 15 nights we would not go back to a week – no comparison.
