*Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*

    Per the owner:

We purchased this 1 bedroom unit because of the fantastic location in the hotel zone (north end and close to shopping), along with the beaches that are just steps away. If you want waves to body surf, you got it! If you want a tidepool area for the little ones, ditto! The hotel itself offers a hybrid all-inclusive package. You only pay for the days that you know you will stay on property. That frees you up to eat on the economy and not feel guilty about “double paying” because you also have the all-inclusive package.

We only pay the maintenance fees if we stay. If we skip a year, and don’t rent it, we do not pay anything!
