We just got back from our first trip to the royal haciendas and it is GORGEOUS! 1st class all the way - granite kitchen & baths, tumbled marble showers with glass walls, kohler jacuzzi on deck. If you have the opportunity, jump at this this resort. Playa del Carmen is a 5 min. taxi ride.
