Is the Marriott Maui Ocean Club actually open during this Coronavirus Pandemic? What is the quarantine time? What happens to my time if the area is in lockdown?

Marriott's Maui Ocean Club is open. A mandatory 14-day quarantine is enforced for all individuals arriving on any of the islands, or visitors may elect to present a negative COVID-19 test as part of Hawaii's Pre-Travel Testing Program to avoid the quarantine.
