MMOC is open. In Oct. 2020, the mandatory 14-day quarantine was dropped.
In the meantime, several evolving changes have been made that allow entry into Hawaii without quarantine requirements.
Currently (late Aug. 2021):
Hawaii travelers still have to submit required information on the Hawaii Safe Travels website BEFORE travel.
To enter without required pre-testing, quarantine, etc., travelers must be fully vaccinated and supply proof of vaccination (e.g., a completed vaccine card) online and in-person.
Carefully research current Hawaii Safe Travel rules before boarding a plane.
