When we purchased atvellas they assigned us a broker and promised they would sell the other timeshares we owned as well as sell 4 weeks a year of the vellas contract. All of which never happened. It cost us $20,000 dollars to get out of the contract. My wife put it best when she said it was like buying an inexpensive car and driving it into a tree without insurance. I dont recommend it, So rermember Buyer beware.
