I want to get rid of my timeshare, which is massively in disrepair (overgrown tennis court, swimming pool, and hot tub closed due to horrible and unsafe condition, plus major renovations needed throughout, etc). I reviewed the documents stating the title company may be obligated to pay if the title is "Unmarketable" I know typically that means a cloudy title. However, I also found a reference to lack of maintenance as a possibility for a claim. Has anyone had this experience, or can offer input? Thanks
