Maintenance fees are [b]never[/b] "refundable" and the fact that advertised units did not successfully get rented is no one else's “fault” or responsibility; no rental advertiser is entitled to [b]any[/b] refund from [b]anyone[/b] for his/her advertising costs. If advertised units don't get rented, that is unfortunate for the unsuccessful advertiser, but the offered rentals may have simply been overpriced in the first place.
