Regarding your $499.00. Was that with Sierra? That, I was able to get refunded. I called them serveral times sent them a copy of the cancellation letter. Advised them that there will be litigation with Velas and that Sierra will be dragged in too, if they don't refund. They did. Try that, speak to Lauren, (I think her name was) Good luck with that.
