Hi, we were also misled by club velas. We bought the unit since 2006. They promised to sell or rent our current timeshare in Toronto with in 90 days, but nothing happen since. We have been able to extend our maint. fee until this year and we were told to paid by the end of the year , if we don't, we will loose the timeshare and won't be able to sell in the future.
