For 7 years we've visited 2x/year too and have the same feelings & experiences. I miss the old smuggs. We tried doing 'express check-in' to avoid the harassment, but it didn't work. We had to say no several times and unplugged the phones in the condo ( we do this at every resort...I recommend it).
