they can only go after your unit...not you personally. They will send you threatening letters but all they can do is go after your unit. I have told them they can have it back...for free. You don't need a lawyer. I have written to the FL Attorney General and have keep them in the loop of how Diamond Resort threatens the time share owners and I have also cc'd them on the letters that I have sent to Diamond Resort telling them they can have it back...for free.
