PTC (Private Travel Corporation) at Hacienda Encantata resort, Cabo San Lucas

Has anyone had experience with this company that sells a "maintenance recovery program" at Hacienda Encantada, Cabo? Specifically, has anyone actually received double their maintenance fees back? Thanks! Sue
