Please notify me how to file the complaint. These people have harassed us for years and won”t stop. They are garnishing us to death. This is over these ridiculous assessments. They also double charged us and never provided accurate accounting. They have already swiped 3300 from our bank accounts, and going to take more. We went to court back in 2013!!!!!! I could not testify because I just had neck surgery and the judge would not postpone the trial date. He ruled in their favor. How can they do that when I wrote all the correspondence, talked on the phone, sent all the emails and faxes, but I Do not get to say one word in my defense? How rigged was our trial? This was Virginia Beach. These people are sharks nd I think the court system may be behind it.
