That depends. Are you doing it privately or through a rental agency? If you do it privately, you should receive the full amount less any PayPal fees (if you choose to use PayPal) and possibly taxes.

If you use the resort as a rental agency to find a renter for you and then disperse the funds, the resort usually takes about 30%.
