July and August are typically the peak tourism months for the Virgin Islands, so targeting those months for rental would likely yield the best results. Additionally, offering the unit as a 2 week or 3 week rental with the option to split it into 1 or 2 bedroom units could also be a good strategy to increase occupancy.
