Colleen- I used to pay my fees in Dec. Last year I was billed in Oct. this year 8 months later I was billed over $1900! I know when we bought they told us it was a private time share and the general public would not have access to rooms- this is the 2nd year I have had difficulty booking rooms. We use our 7 days a day or two at a time. For the record I didn't receive any notice via or mail stating they were increasing the fees or changing the billing month. I've had it up to here with the excuses reservations give- when I first called them about expedia (last year) they said no way were they on there- a supervisor was supposed to call me back- but that never happened. I said I understand that if 2 weeks before a date there are vacant rooms ,by all means try to rent them however possible- but more than 9 months( which is what owners are allowed to reserve) rooms shouldn't be out for the general public to scoff up leaving us roomless!! I say we protest outside the MC that should get their attention!!! Holly
