We also feel ripped off. We haven't been able to use it for 2 years, yet we were assessed the normal assessment the first year when they knowing full well that they would not be open. We are trying desperately to sell. We would like to be included in info regarding a class astion law suit. We have our attorney looking into the matter and have thus yet to pay the Sept. assessment.
