Bosses, what bosses? I'm retired and am my own boss, thank you. You evidently aren't educated concerning verbal contracts. So called verbal contracts are rife with he said/she said/he said and are not backed up by facts. The facts are in the written contract, PERIOD, and is the only legally binding contract there is. Try taking your verbal contract to an attorney and see what he/she tells you.

BTW, what resorts are you referring to that perform functions (banking and exchanging) that owners are paying RCI to do? These are very strong allegations. Resorts have no desire to be a banking and exchange company. You keep digging your illogic hole deeper and deeper and making no sense whatsoever in doing so.
