Is it legal for Redweek to add a very negative disclaimer into a Wyndham rental posting when that posting is not subject to any Wyndham restrictions? The Redweek disclaimer, complete with a yellow warning triangle, exclamation point and bold text warning will clearly discourage renters even though the disclaimer does not apply.
