First time visitor—questions! 1. Is transport (taxi) from airport to resort readily available if we aren’t renting a car? 2. Are there grocery stores within walking distance? 3. Any must-do excursions for families with young adult kids?

Taxis are easily available at the airport even during peak hours. Uber/Lyft are not allowed in Aruba so the taxis are plentiful. They gladly accept American money and will give you the price in US if you ask. (by Paul Davis):
