I don't believe RedWeek forums have a private messaging system. The classifieds allow members and owners to communicate privately with other members but you have to pay the RedWeek membership fee.

You can try Timeshare Users Group (aka"TUG"). It has a lot of timeshare owners and users and has a private messaging system.
