I did actually talk to the RCI lawyers. They called me back after I submitted some complaints. If one party consents to recording a phone conversation, and that's I, me and myself, that's plenty enough, and totally legal in Georgia, regardless what the other states are doing. I worked for a big national phone company and caught internal fraudsters, who were ripping off our customers.
I am not shy or hesitant in any way, shape or form, especially when scammers are clearly overstepping the line. Folks: Be calm, polite, and 200% confident! And then issue the law suit threat just as calmly to the scam callers. They will s.h.i.t. on themselves! And then report to RCI.
