Has anyone heard of or worked with ERBT Sales? They claim to advertise the sale of your timeshare and you only pay them if you accept an offer from someone who responds to your email. I’m skeptical to pay the fee which is about $1600 prior to receiving signed closing documents and full payment. Thoughts?
