Hi Steve. I hope you’re still open to questions!

I bought 4000 points from Marriott but can’t get to the Aruba Surf Club. I’m thinking about buying a legacy week via RedWeek in Aruba.

Questions Are there any restrictions on legacy week’s purchased on the secondary market?

Any issues with trading or renting these weeks?

Will the legacy week add to my status? I’m currently Select and hope to be Executive to increase the booking window.

Any other recommendations/suggestions?

I appreciate your help.

The Waiohai is one of the most owner-occupied resorts in the Marriott fleet, has excellent trade and rental value, and inventory (to owners) has never been a problem in the spring. Own two or more weeks and you'll have no problem year round. We get asked ALOT for tips on how to purchase deeded weeks and would be happy to share our insights.
