Thank you for your thoughts. I wish I could use your words "that resort"! All I can say is that it is "too many" resorts that are going through this same scenario and the developers are getting away with it and laughing all the way to the bank. Sad, sad justice system that doesn't help the people that bring in so much money to them?? Foreign buyers need to be educated sooner than later!!!!!
