I am very dissatisfied with what appears to be a significant and unfair change. Today is June 6, 2025, and I have just discovered that not only is there now a $49 fee just to list a rental, but there is also an additional $99 fee if the week rents—even when using the do-it-yourself posting option.

I truly hope I have misunderstood something. However, based on what I have seen, that does not appear to be the case.

I can understand being charged to list a week or being charged a fee if the week rents—but being charged both ways feels excessive and unreasonable. This change penalizes owners and creates a disincentive to use your platform.

RedWeek, you need to reconsider and correct this policy as soon as possible, or you will lose my business. I have been a loyal user and fan of your platform, but this change may force me to look elsewhere.

Please let me know if I have misunderstood or if any clarification is available.
