We called them and talked to them and they clearly did not care! However, the renter does not pay 6% - the person on the phone told us that the renter now pays an extra 10%!!!!! Makes the rental price ridiculous. In order to rent some of ours, we would have to rent lower than our maintenance fees! Have you found anyplace else to rent? We own an equivalent of 14 weeks of timeshare at two different resorts. All RedWeek does is help us offset our dues, however with the cost of posting a rental so high I will not be using RedWeek.com anymore and want others to know about all the excessive fees involved.
