Your announcement indicates "both options" as if there are 2 options available to owners. Currently, I find only one option available to owners--the $59 full-service option. The $49 owner managed rental option is no longer available. I'm not surprised that the $49 option is no longer available since it made no sense for owners to pay an up-front fee to list each timeshare unit.

However, there should be a no-cost option available that will allow owners to manage the rental with a fee paid to Redweek upon success of a rental. Redweek could still collect the rental payment, and collect all taxes in the process, but the owner would not face the potential loss of the up-front fee in case the listing is not successful.

What would be the harm??? Redweek has little investment with this type of listing, but still has a chance for a good profit when the unit is rented.
