I just rented 7 nights Marriott Ko Olina arrival is in 20 days and called to request a high floor only to be told the reservation is not in my name! In fact, its not even in the owners name so now I am in a panic. Redweek says they are contacting the owner but its been two days and this trip is for our 25 year anniversary. Has anyone else had this issue? I've booked with Redweek several times, always called in advance and this has never happened before.
