I have rented my timeshares on RedWeek since 2014 and have never had an issue with my renters (which is, I assume, why they have changed the model). I've always been transparent, completed my own rental agreements, collected my own rent, modified the reservation and always provided what was advertised. The new pricing plan and forced processing through RedWeek is an example of the accountants running the company. This was such a great platform for renting, but unfortunately the accountants only look at the numbers and forget to talk to the people running the business, who are talking the customers (us). I'm very disappointed in RedWeek. No one asked for this. Read the room, we are in a do it yourself economy. No one has asked for this complete takeover of the transaction, and fine, if there are those who have, provide that option at this increased ridiculous fee. But for the rest of us who were happy doing the leg work, why would you take this option away from us? I'm sorry to say, but after 11 years, I'm breaking up. Good bye RedWeek!
