Who's Patrick? You can try to sell your timeshare with a licensed real estate agent, but very few take these on because there is so little value in timeshares. And all legitimate real estate agents will take their commission out of the proceeds of the sale, not upfront. Whatever you do, do not pay any company or real estate agent a large, upfront fee to sell your timeshare.
