I PURCHASED THE HILTON VACA PACKAGE IN JUNE - PAY MONTHLY - HAVE REQUESTED FOR 3 MONTHS TO USE A DIFFERENT CREDIT CARD - THE CONTINUE TO TAKE OFF A PAID OFF CREDIT CARD. I HAVE CALLED 4X AS OF TODAY AND EVERYONE SAYS THE SAME THING - NO MANAGER IS AVAILABLE TO SPEAK WITH THEY ARE IN MEETING 24/7, CAN'T SPEAK TO THE LOAN DEPARTMENT TO GET CLARIFICATION, ONLY PEOPLE YOU CAN SPEAK TO ARE REPS THAT WORK FROM HOME. ONE PUT ME ON HOLD TODAY 10/08/2025 FOR OVER AN HOUR UNTIL I HUNG UP - DO NOT PURCHASE THERE VACATION PACKAGE. I WILL BE HAVING MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER CHANGED SO THEY CAN TAKE ANYMORE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. THEY SUCK REAL BAD
