Please let me know what chance you have of any $ Recovery in regards to the Vallarta Gardens scam investment. We invested Jan -March 2023..(forfeit personal occupancy in the 1st year) We have Proof of Investment (Exhibit ‘C’) Ownership. I have notified Capital Marketing the 5 wks each year 2024 & 2025 for rental use, expecting return on our investment but have received new clauses of excuses. Nil proceeds! We thought we would use 2wks of the 5 wks in 2026 to occupy our investment to find out We are allotted 1 wk if we reserve 6 mths in advance after We pay $1650 .. due Feb2026 I regret having fallen for this devious scheme..
