You should speak to someone who knows about it. You can rent the property out or sell it but don't just give it away. I'm sure they paid quite a bit for it and wanted you to receive it without alot of paperwork after they passed away. Find out what fees are involved keeping it and try to rent it as you normally would get good income for that. If you don't want to deal with it then sell it and take the proceeds. I think they were probably trying to do something nice for you.
