I don't mind. My first listing unfortunately expired but I have another listing for the same unit that's months away. It's a 2 bedroom unit that can accommodate 6 people and it's a week stay at the Hilton Grand Parc Soleil resort. If you were to look at the listings page for that resort, most listings are from about $250-414/per night but the one that got rented had their listing at $100/per night.
It seems to me that there are many factors that need to be considered now when trying to get renters for these timeshares since many of them aren't getting picked up now. It's a shame; I hope this changes as the summer season officially starts.
